Cailer’s Vault is a veteran-owned, collector-run shop built from a genuine love of collecting. What started as a renewed hobby during COVID grew into something deeper after seeing my son’s excitement for Star Wars droids and discovering his own favorites. That shared joy inspired the creation of a place for fellow fans and collectors alike.

Every figure, statue, and collectible is personally curated, packed, and shipped from our studio in Indianapolis, Indiana. We only stock what we truly believe in and collect ourselves: anime figures, statues, model kits, and pop-culture lines like Marvel, WWE, and Star Wars.

We focus on quality over quantity. Each new listing is hand-selected from our distributor network based on craftsmanship, rarity, or collector appeal — not just whatever happens to be available. Occasionally, we spotlight potential new items through community interest; if enough collectors want to see something (say, a specific GUNPLA or statue), we’ll bring it in for preorder or limited stock.

FAQ

When do I get charged for a preorder?

Buyers have two choices:

  1. Full Payment
  2. Partial Payment; Pay Rest Later

Full payments will be charged at the time of order.

Partial payments will incur an initial charge of 50% of the item cost, with the remaining balance due once your item is ready to be shipped from our facility.

While we do prefer full payments at checkout for simplicity, we understand that some buyers prefer split payments and are happy to accommodate both options.

When will my preorder ship?

Preorders ship as soon as the item arrives at our facility.

Dates shown are estimates provided by the manufacturer or distributor and may change.

We update ETAs on product pages whenever new information becomes available.

Can I cancel a preorder?

Yes. You can cancel a preorder any time before the stock arrives at our facility. Once the preorder items are in-hand, cancellations and refunds are no longer permitted.

Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, which is waived if you choose store credit instead.

My order has in-stock and preorder items. How do you ship it?

We recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and preorder items whenever possible.

If your order includes both, it will ship once all items are in-hand.

Upon request, we can ship in-stock items separately; however, this will incur additional shipping fees.

How do you pack items?

We pack items like we would want them packed for our personal buys.

Typically, our packaging includes:

  • Box corner protectors (on applicable sizes)
  • Bubble wrap
  • Honeycomb Paper
  • Void fill for stability

Over time, we may add even more protection if we find ways to improve. You can trust that your item will arrive in the same condition we received it from our distributors.

What is a special order?

These are premium collectibles sourced directly from our distributor network - items we don’t typically keep in stock but can secure upon request.

Each piece featured for special order is hand-selected for its rarity, craftsmanship, or collector appeal.

Once ordered, we reserve the item through our distributors and ship it to as soon as it arrives at our facility.

Due to limited availability and sourcing costs, special orders can’t be canceled once placed.

Do you guarantee mint packaging?

We pack every order with care, but minor shelf or transit wear can occur.

If you need a display-mint box, please message us before ordering and we’ll hand-pick the best one available.

How fast is your shipping?

Most packages arrive within 2–5 business days (allow up to 8 business days).

What are the storage conditions for products?

All products are stored in a smoke-free, climate-controlled facility. Our shop dog frequently visits this location.

Can I return my order?

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they’re in their original condition.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email returns@cailersvault.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the shipping box and the item, and a brief description of the issue.

For damage claims, we strongly recommend (and may require) an unboxing video that shows the sealed package and opening process for claim validation.

If approved, we’ll replace the item (if available) or issue a refund or store credit in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Do you restock sold out items?

Sometimes! Use the “Email me when available” button on the product page to get notified if the item comes back in stock.

How fast do you respond?

We aim to reply within one business day, often sooner.
