Pre-Owned Buy Policy

We’re always looking for quality collectibles to add to our inventory. If you’d like to sell your items, please review the process and terms below.

How It Works

1. Submit Photos – Email buy@cailersvault.com with clear photos of your item(s), including front, back, packaging, and any wear. Please include a brief description and your asking price (if applicable).
   

2. Initial Review – We’ll respond within 3–5 business days with either an offer or a decline. All offers are pending in-hand inspection.
   

3. Ship to Us – If we’re interested, you’ll ship the items to us at your cost. Please pack your items securely; we are not responsible for any damage that may occur in transit.
   

4. Final Inspection – Once received, we’ll inspect each item for condition and authenticity. If everything matches the provided photos and description, we’ll finalize the deal. If discrepancies are found, we may adjust the offer or return the items at our expense.
   

5. Get Paid or Store Credit – Once accepted, you can choose:

• Cash Payment – via PayPal or Zelle
• Store Credit – typically 10–15% higher than the cash value

Shipping & Returns

• Sellers cover the initial shipping to us.
  
• If we accept the deal, we will reimburse your shipping cost along with the payment.
  
• If we decline after inspection, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  

Important Notes

• Final acceptance is always at our discretion after inspection.
• Offers are based on current market value and demand for inventory.
• We generally only buy sealed items, but will consider rare or discontinued open-box collectibles on a case-by-case basis.
• Please do not send items without prior approval. Unapproved shipments may be refused or returned to the sender.
