What Is a Preorder?

A preorder lets you reserve an item before it arrives at our warehouse. Manufacturer release dates, allocations, and case assortments are subject to change.

Payment Timing

For preorders, you may choose one of two options:

  1. Full Payment - Pay the full amount at checkout
  2. Partial Payment; Pay Rest Later - Reserve your item with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be charged when your item is ready to ship. Deposits are nonrefundable.

Preorder Cancellations

You may cancel a preorder at any time up until we receive the stock at our warehouse. Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If you opt for store credit, the 10% fee is waived. After the preorder stock has arrived at our warehouse, preorder cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel, you forfeit the deposit.

Allocations, Delays, and Unfulfillable Preorders

Sometimes manufacturers or distributors reduce allocations, delay releases, or cancel items. If we cannot fulfill your preorder in whole or in part, we will cancel the unfulfillable portion and issue a refund or store credit of your choice for the amounts paid. The 10% cancellation fee does not apply in this scenario. This includes preorder deposits.

Shipping Behavior for Orders with Preorders

Orders containing a mix of in-stock and preorder items will ship together when all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, place separate orders. On request, we can split an order into multiple shipments when a preorder arrives; additional shipping charges will apply.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable unless we ultimately are unable to fulfill your order due to supplier cancellation or allocation.

Preorder Balance Authorization (Deposits)

If you select a deposit option, you authorize us to charge the remaining balance to your original payment method when your item is ready to ship. If the charge is declined, we will notify you and provide a reasonable window to update the payment.

Abandoned/Non-Payment of Preorder Balance

For deposit preorders, if the remaining balance cannot be collected and is not paid within 7 days after we notify you that your item is ready to ship (or within any extended period we explicitly grant in writing), the preorder may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. We may, at our discretion, return the item to inventory and make it available for sale.

Fulfillment Order

Preorders are fulfilled in the order they were received, subject to allocation and receipt timing.
